The Microsoft Showcase School Program (MSS) is a global initiative recognizing schools that empower children with skills for the future. This marks our fifth consecutive year of recognition. We are the only primary school in Japan to achieve this distinction. Furthermore, numerous faculty members have been certified as Microsoft Innovative Educator Experts (MIEE), the highest certification for educators pioneering technology use in classrooms—the most in Hokkaido. We also have MIEE Fellows, the top tier of MIEE certification. As an ICT-advanced school, Tanaka Gakuen Ritsumeikan Keisho Primary School will hold an Education Fair (featuring lessons utilizing generative AI) on Friday, November 7, 2025.
